If you have a PAST DUE bill your meter will be lock for non-payment starting 02/26/2024, and the total balance plus a $55.00 reconnect fee will have to be paid before your meter will be unlocked.  Any meter that is locked and payment is placed in the dropbox, will not be unlocked until the next morning. Any meter paid through the credit card site before 5 pm can be unlocked the same day. Any locked meter paid after 5 pm will not be unlocked until the next morning.
